Where is the batch code printed on the bottle?
On the base of the bottle, and again on the side of the outer label. Both should read SS-26R-0417 for stock shipping from this portal today.
What if my batch code is different?
Write to support@sodaslimz.com with a photograph of the base of the bottle and your order number. A different code does not automatically mean a counterfeit, because runs change over time, but we will confirm it against the record either way.
Can I see the certificate of analysis?
Yes. Certificate TAS-260417-C9 covers the current run and the support desk will send a copy on request. It records identity, purity, heavy metals and microbiology for the batch.
Is SodaSlim sold anywhere else?
No. This portal is the authorized United States channel. Marketplace and pharmacy listings are not supplied by us and cannot be honoured under the guarantee.
